Shepton Mallet YFC 10 and under
As an update to our notice of 29th October we are looking for friendly matches for mixed age groups 8 per side
and also the possibility of 6 a side games within under 8 and under 10 groups. We have around 14 players now ranging from 6
to 9 years old being coached as a group. It is possible to play games on a Thursday evening 6pm to 7pm under floodlights
at Shepton Leisure centre if there is any interest.

Referees Course
There will be a Referee's course begining in Early January 2008. It is a course designed for anyone wishing to take up the whistle
at all levels of Football. The commitment is usually one night a week (Mondays) 7-9pm for six weeks at Twerton Park.
Candidates will be taught all the laws of the game with discussion. The course fee is approx £15 inc registration to Somerset FA.
The minimum age is 14.

all we can to give these children an opportunity to take part in team sport. We are a Charter Standard Club with

I have a couple of lads that would be in Under 13s age group who turn up regularly for training sessions with younger age groups,
as these are the only 2 in this age group, we are unable to offer then prospect of playing in a team in the near future,
both are extremely keen to play for a team, is there any team out there who needs a couple of additional players for this age group.
Both live in Bath but would be willing to travel for training/games.
